Asbestos survey and analysis
Asbestos is inexpensive and has excellent fire resistance, heat insulation, soundproofing, and insulation properties, and has been used in large quantities as a building material in many structures (buildings, schools, hospitals, factories, ordinary homes, etc.).
However, due to health hazards, restrictions on its use were strengthened, and eventually the use of asbestos was completely banned . As the number of buildings using pre-restriction building materials increases, regulations on asbestos, such as pre-inspection of demolished buildings, have become even stricter, and owners and contractors must inspect building materials to see if they contain asbestos before demolishing or dismantling a building. Also, from October 2023, only knowledgeable people will be able to conduct pre-inspections and analysis.
We provide asbestos investigation and analysis services at reasonable prices so that our customers can proceed with construction work with peace of mind. Please feel free to contact us.
Pre-inspection of demolished buildings
Our staff will collect samples to check whether building materials in buildings scheduled for demolition contain asbestos. For details, please contact us by phone or through our inquiry form. We will inform you of our availability and fees.
Harvesting
The collection area is protected by surrounding it with a plastic bag, and the collected coating material is then sealed directly inside the plastic bag.
Wetting
Depending on the coating material, the top coat may repel water. The area that has been scraped off with a scraper is not wet, so add more moisture as necessary.
Solidification of the collection mark
We spray solidifying materials and apply adhesives.
It is also common to spray a similar color to the paint to serve as a simple repair.

アスベストの分析・調査
The presence or absence of asbestos is determined by qualified personnel through microscopic observation or the JIS A 1481-1 polarizing microscope method.
In addition to having our specialized staff collect building material samples, we can also investigate building material samples collected by customers.
The amount of building material sample required for analysis should be approximately 10 x 10 cm for regular building materials, and approximately the size of two ping-pong balls for irregular building materials, and should be sent in a double zip-lock bag.
(Please contact us if you do not have enough building material samples.)
*If you would like us to collect building material samples, please apply by phone or through our inquiry form.
